My recent stay was quite the mixed bag! The location is stunning with gorgeous views of the lake. Chris at the front desk was a highlight of my stay, making breakfast an experience to remember. However, I faced some challenges with a noisy bathroom vent and a troublesome fridge. I hope they improve these issues!

The view was stunning while the stairs were poorly lit and unsafe at night.

The room and bed were fine. I enjoyed the kitchen on the 8th floor with a fridge and cold drinks. The location was good for accessing various attractions nearby, which I appreciated as a traveler from New York.

The location by Presque Isle Bay is stunning, and we loved dining at the Bay Front Grille. The menu had great options for everyone in our family, especially for our kid, who enjoyed the pancakes!

My kids wished the pool was warmer for a more enjoyable swim.

Recent stay was fabulous! Enjoyed a delicious meal featuring freshly caught Lake Perch at the onsite restaurant. The staff's hospitality made it memorable, with friendly smiles and attentive service. Pro tip, Ask for a room with a bay view. it's worth it!

Just an excellent fit for a concise stay in Erie with best value. The staff helped me out when my Uber didn't show up by offering a ride to the airport. Be sure to enjoy the stunning bay views during your stay.

The room had all the amenities like a fridge, flat-screen TV, and great air conditioning. Plus, the indoor pool had beautiful views of the lake and the hot tub was super relaxing. The staff were fantastic, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food. Couldn't ask for a better stay!

My stay at Sheraton was exceptional. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff was exceptionally courteous. I received a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Guest Room with a stunning view of the bay. The room was beautifully appointed, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious shower. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner at the restaurant, where the Lake Perch was freshly prepared and delicious. The hotel offered excellent amenities that truly enhanced my experience.
